End User License Agreement (EULA)

By pre-ordering, purchasing, or using the GladNoAd^™ device and associated software ("the Product"), you agree to the following terms.

1. As-Is Operation and Liability

The Product is provided "AS IS". We know the code works as shipped. However, once the Product is shipped and received by you, everything is out of our control. We are not responsible for any issues, damages, network interruptions, or liability arising from the use of the Product.

2. User Control and Equipment

We cannot and do not control what you do with the Product, nor can we control the networking equipment, internet service providers, or any other services you use in conjunction with the Product. You assume all responsibility for configuring your network and ensuring compatibility.

3. Reliance on Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)

The Product's functionality, including its ability to filter or route traffic, relies on external data sources and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT). We do not control these sources or their maintainers. If these OSINT resources become unavailable, inaccurate, or change their distribution methods, it could impact the future performance and efficacy of the Product. You acknowledge this risk and agree that we are not responsible for diminished performance resulting from OSINT unavailability.

4. No Warranties

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous operation of the Product, its fitness for a particular purpose, or the uninterrupted access to any intelligence feeds.
